EMI’s flagship product, EMRO 60HT, is a severely hydrotreated, 60 viscosity naphthenic oil engineered for purity, consistency and high-performance in a wide range of industrial applications. Light in color and odor, EMRO 60HT is suitable for use in the concrete, explosives, lubricants, lumber, paint, plastics, surfactants, and many other industries and applications.
We also produce EMRO 60TO, a 60-viscosity naphthenic oil formulated for use as an insulating fluid in electrical transformers. EMRO 60TO exceeds the industry standard ASTM D3487, providing dependable insulating performance, equipment protection, and extended service life across a wide range of operating conditions.

EMRO 60HT
EMI’s EMRO 60HT is a versatile base oil suitable for a wide range of applications. Our proprietary hydrotreating process delivers a consistent and clean product that ensures reliability and purity. EMRO 60HT is a 0.5 or less on the ASTM color scale with a mild, almost sweet odor that can be further treated to nearly eliminate any and all odors. EMRO 60HT can suit almost any application where mineral oil is needed.

EMRO 60TO
EMRO 60TO is EMI’s dielectric oil product. Formulated as a stable and long-lasting insulating fluid in electrical transformers, EMRO 60TO is processed to exceed the ASTM D3487 standard. Designed for dielectric strength, oxidation resistance, and long-term reliability, EMRO 60TO can extend the service life of equipment across a wide range of operating conditions.

In addition to 60 viscosity naphthenic products, EMI offers custom-blended viscosities ranging from 40 to 750 or above. We also have the ability to blend any additive to create tailor-made, oil-based products for any application.
